What does the process look like for an organization trying to enroll their employees?
After payment, you will be taken to your organization’s admin dashboard. This is where you will input the names of each individual taking the training. Each person will receive a unique username and password so they can easily login to access the videos and complete the training on any device.
The admin dashboard also allows you to keep track of each employee’s progress and course completion status. When a student has successfully passed, you can download a copy of their certification document.
In the future, if you need to add more employees simply add more employees via the admin portal. Renewals can also be handled within the admin portal as well.

How often is renewal required?
You must renew certification every time your healthcare provider’s license is renewed.
Is the training offered in Spanish?
Not currently, however please call our support team to get the latest update on when Spanish will be available.
Can I register now, but take the training later?
Yes, you take take the training at your own pace. You can also take as long as you need to pass the forklift certification final exam, and once you register can take it on whichever day is most convenient. Furthermore, you can also take as many tries as necessary for you to pass the NFF final exam.
What if my employees don't have access to a computer?
The course is smartphone and tablet-friendly for employees who do not typically work from a computer. It can also be access from public or work computers.
Can I show the training in a group setting?
Yes, you can show the course in a group setting, however each individual will still have to login to their account to successfully complete final exam.
